Mission: Provide customized and goal orientated mountain guiding, mentorship and instruction with a focus on safety, professionalism, respect for the mountain environment, and the creation of lasting friendship.

Since 1994, when I first tried ice climbing, I have focused much of my life heavily around the art of climbing mountains. The lessons I have taken from this pursuit have directed my life philosophy. The pursuit of climbing mountains involves and teaches commitment, discipline, focus, and passion. The ‘vertical world’ one delves into while pursuing the art of mountain climbing offers the mind, body, and spirit a powerful, humbling, and existential experience.

I am an ACMG certified Full Alpine Guide and Aspirant ski guide. I have chosen guiding amongst the mountains as my professional craft. I can think of no greater reward than sharing the power of the mountain experience and helping others grow and learn in the unbeatable classrooms of the planets ‘high’ places.

As an avid and goal orientated alpine, ice, and rock climber I keep my personal climbing level high which enables me to share and teach modern introductory and advanced techniques or help you realize your goals for certain harder climbing objectives.

Rates: $475/day plus 5% GST for one person. An extra $100/day for additional persons.

Higher rates may apply for longer or more committing objectives. Additional charges apply if we are required to drive out the night before or “preposition”.
